We are in the midst of recording the first record! Drums have been tracked at Walden Studio with Jason Hiller all on 2 inch analogue tape. It sounds great! Look out for a few more shows this summer too!
The Deadbirds: home
The Deadbirds (formerly Silver) is a Los Angeles-based rock band with a sound all it's own. Based in Silverlake California at Marathon Studio, the group is gearing up for a series of shows beginning May 8 at Bordello (bordellobar.com) in downtown L.A. A new record is in the works as well. Songs will be posted here and at myspace.com/thedeadbirds. The following is a short history of Silver, and Brandon McCulloch the singer/guitarist/songwriter for both Silver and The Deadbirds.

What's new.. - June 16, 2008
The Deadbirds have recorded the raw tracks to 10 songs with Jason Hiller at Walden Studio in Beverly Hills, CA. Getting closer to getting the record out - and it's sounding great if we don't say so ourselves.
